This depends on a lot of factors but getting HOA approval is usually the longest part of the process. If there is a permit needed, takes a little longer because inspections are required during certain parts of construction.

We can get everything prepared till it gets approved, but we will not get started. Starting construction before it gets approved will usually result in a fine from your HOA.

I recommend calling our financing companies and addressing any concerns you may have. They will help you see if you qualify or not.

We can match general contractors pricing but not sub-contractors pricing.

Absolutely, we have a lot of clients that pay half their project in full and decide to finance, finish paying it off with low monthly payments.
