What to expect
Step 1 : Appointment
Call 832-303-3722 and we will gather your contact information and gather project description. Once we have your appointment set up, homeowner provide a copy of their property survey for the estimate.
Step 2 : Consultation
No charge, no obligation consultation. We will meet you at your house to discuss your ideas and inspiration for the concrete you want for your outdoor space. With the property survey we can identify if the location of your concrete is safe from build lines and setbacks. Once the selection of concrete and the design shape, your estimate will be prepared.
Step 3 : HOA
After gathering all the information we need; we will give you an estimate for your review. If you agree to the terms, you will sign the construction agreement. With the property survey copy we will assist our part for HOA and wait for HOA approval to move forward.
Step 4 : Construction
Once we are approved we will look into weather conditions and find a good start date to be begin construction. Construction will consist of Excavating, forms and then pouring concrete. After concrete is cured we will strip forms and wash concrete. You can start putting patio furniture on your new concrete!
